Well as today is world meditation day, we thought what better way to celebrate than to take part in a 10 minute guided meditation 🧘
Now there are many benefits to meditation (it helps to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance self-awareness and promote emotional health to name but a few), so we thought we'd all give it a go and see how we all felt after meditating 😊
